The service aims at offering the possibility to evaluate the outcome of an infection by a SARS-CoV-2 strain or variant in a susceptible cell line : evaluation of the susceptibility of a cell line, evaluation of the infectivity of a variant compared to a reference variant, evaluation of the effect of infection on a cellular pathway etc...
