Influenza B specific B-cells were identified through culturing with limiting dilutions. Heavy and Light variable sequences were amplified. After amplification the variable regions are cloned into Heavy and Light pFUSEss plasmids. The antibody is brought to expression by co-transfecting 293T cells and subsequently affinity purified and concentrated.
