EVAg

A panel of 12 samples, including 10 RNA extract from different phylogroup 1 lyssaviruses and two NTC's (no tissue controls). The panel can be anonymised so that the receiving laboratory does not know which virus is which, results given to the receiving laboratory on request. The panel would be ideal for test development and assessing staff competence. RNA from the following lyssaviruses will be included: Rabies virus, Duvenhage virus, European Bat Lyssavirus-1, European Bat Lyssavirus-2, Irkut virus, Australian Bat Lyssavirus, Bokeloh Bat Lyssavirus, Khujand virus, Aravan virus & Gannoruwa Bat Lyssavirus.
