In-house IF-slides to detect anti-CCHFV antibodies by Immunofluorecence assay. The slides were prepared by infecting Vero cells with the CCHFV strain, Nigerian IbAr10200. The slides are fixated in acetone, air-dried and preserved at -80°C.
