011S-03674 | Service | Protein microarray training | In this 3-day course the basic principles of the protein microarray will be addressed by a combination of lectures, demonstration and hands-on training. The protein microarray technique can be used for HA antibody profiling for group level assessment of exposures to influenza viruses in small sample volumes from humans and animals (birds, horses, pigs, bats, carnivores a.o.). The training encompasses wet lab training but also the analysis and interpretation of assay results. Special attention will be given to specific issues of Influenza and flavivirus cross reactivity. Specific issues include: principles of a non‐contact spotting machine (Piezorray, Perkin Elmer), principles of microarray multiplex serological testing, antigen selection, practical wet lab training for testing protein microarray slides, analysis and interpretation of the results, issues with cross reactivity. | Viruses | Any virus (see additrional information) | Upon request | No RG | ERASMUS-MC | 1,500€ | View all details on this product . . . | Free access available | |
011K-03673 | Detection Kit | Antigen microarray slide with a panel of IAV hemagglutinin (HA) subtypes (H1-16) | 24 pad nitrocellulose glass slides with a set of 33 HA1 proteins printed on each pad. The slides can be used for HA antibody profiling for group level assessment of exposures to influenza viruses in small sample volumes from humans and animals (birds, horses, pigs, bats, carnivores a.o.) in very small volumes of serum (10 μL). Each slides can be used for 24 sera. Scanning and analysis services are included. | Influenza A virus | Influenza A virus | See details | Upon request | No RG | ERASMUS-MC | 2,500€ | View all details on this product . . . | Free access available |
