027S-05487 Service Outbreak response using high-throughput sequencing of 10 plant samples In an outbreak situation in crops, it is necessary to obtain quickly a good overview of the viruses that may be involved. Only in this way can the right measures be taken to safeguard crop production immediately but also in the long term. High-throughput sequencing (HTS) and bioinformatics analysis of samples offer a global analysis of the phytosanitary status of plants and the rapid and precise identification of pathogens. This service package offers the individual analysis of ten plant samples by HTS to ensure a reliable detection of the potentially involved viruses in an outbreak situation. 027S-05362 Service High-throughput sequencing for the analysis and certification of viral reference materials This service is intended for a global analysis of viral reference samples in order to obtain information about the genomic sequences on the one hand, and on the other hand, it opens the possibility to check the purity at the same time in order to exclude possible contaminations. It is used for quality control and certification of reference material. Viruses Any virus In stock RG1 DSMZ 1,950€ View all details on this product . . .

027S-04405 Service High-throughput sequencing for the certification of planting material and seed Specific tests for certain regulated viruses are required for the certification of seed and planting material. However, the main limitation of this approach is that only these viruses are detected. Latent and/or unknown viruses, which can also have a significant impact on yield and product quality, remain unidentified. Especially in vegetative propagation material, this inevitably leads to the accumulation of such pathogens. High-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis offers a global analysis of the phytosanitary status of plants. This allows reliable detection of such infections and the establishment of healthy crops for a sustainable and productive agriculture. This service package offers the individual analysis of three samples by HTS. Viruses Any virus In stock RG1 DSMZ 1,950€ View all details on this product . . .

027K-04207 Detection Kit ELISA survey package for legume viruses Many regularly cultivated field crops are affected by viral pathogens, especially if they are grown on a large scale, which usually results in significant yield reductions. As a first step, it is important to obtain an overview of which viruses are involved in order to counter this problem. To obtain a representative overview, it is necessary to investigate a significant number of samples. This survey package contains the ELISA antibodies needed to test up to 500 individual samples for eight of the most common viruses found in legumes: Alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV), Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV), Bean common mosaic necrosis virus (BCMNV), Bean yellow mosaic virus (BYMV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Cowpea mild mottle virus (CABMV), Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and Cowpea aphid borne mosaic virus (CABMV). Alfalfa mosaic virus, Bean common mosaic virus, Bean common mosaic necrosis virus, Bean yellow mosaic virus, Cucumber mosaic virus, Cowpea mild mottle virus, Soybean mosaic virus, Cowpea aphid-borne mosaic virus Alfalfa mosaic virus, Bean common mosaic virus, Bean common mosaic necrosis virus, Bean yellow mosaic virus, Cucumber mosaic virus, Cowpea mild mottle virus, Soybean mosaic virus, Cowpea aphid borne mosaic virus In stock RG1 DSMZ 1,888€ View all details on this product . . .
