While ago we purchased the re3ference sample Monkeypox virus (Slovenia ex Gran Canaria) DNA with following titer:

RealStar® Orthopoxvirus PCR Kit RUO, Altona, Hamburg, Germany: Ct 14.7; Monkeypox virus, West African genetic lineage (Li et al. 2010): 6 x 10^6 cp/ul; Monkeypox virus, generic PCR (Li et al. 2010): 4.7 x 10^6 cp/ul
However, upon arrival we tested the Monkeypox with a commecial and LDT, for which we got a Ct-value of 18.5 (both). Will you be able to advise us about the correct copy/ml from this vial?
