Passage:
The Louis Pasteur strain was isolated by Louis Pasteur in a cattle in 1882 and then passed on rabbit until attenuation (2061 passages in this case). This virus was then passed 18 times on Vero cell line.
Technical recommendation:
Mycoplasma DNA sequences are detected in the viral batch (around 0.01% of the reads obtained using illumina NGS technics are coming from mycoplasma). Amplification of the viral strain did not induced the growth of mycoplasma indeed at passage 18 on Vero cells.
