    Could you please provide us with Positive controls for Screening and confirmatory assays:
    1-In vitro transcribed RNA for Wuhan coronavirus (2019-nCoV) real-time (RT-)PCR targeting region of the E gene
    2- Purified RNA of SARS-Coronavirus strain Frankfurt 1
    The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control will be grateful to have these controls at our National Reference Lab for operational readiness for the Wuhan novel Coronavirus.
