Bundle of freeze-dried SARS-CoV-2 isolates representing the course of the pandemic in Central Europe including the original virus, early variant B.1.258, apha, beta, delta VOCs, and several omicron variants. The composition of the bundle can be modified upon request.

The service aims at offering the possibility to evaluate the outcome of an infection by a SARS-CoV-2 strain or variant in a susceptible cell line : evaluation of the susceptibility of a cell line, evaluation of the infectivity of a variant compared to a reference variant, evaluation of the effect of infection on a cellular pathway etc... The project can be refined upon request
